And be sure the flushable wipes are not Clorox wipes as I’ve found out there is quite the difference. My arse was on fire and I smelled like bleach but my Dr. Was impressed with my enthusiasm.

My tip is schedule your procedure as the first one or as close to the first as you can. Wake up, get it done and eat.
