I don’t even know what “more mental health services” even means. More drug rehab places? I mean, that’s good and fine but don’t we taxpayers already pay for programs that the homeless can utilize? Food, housing, phone, medical. Can homeless people not get food stamps or Section 8 or Medicaid?
