If we are going to lock folks up for making money off the generosity of ignorant and naive people ALL churches are going to be in deep trouble.....that’s the only way any church can operate.

So we are seriously proposing tossing homeless and hungry people in jail for being homeless and hungry? The sheer arrogance of such an idea is as appealing as anything man has ever done to his fellow man in the long sordid history of mankind. I’m not a Christian so I genuinely think that all lives matter and anyone who hasn’t harmed anyone else should be left the frick alone. If a person is so damned hateful that they’d willingly see their brothers and sisters imprisoned for ask8ng for help that is the person who should be removed from our society.
