If you’re so concerned, then help them yourself with your own money.
I didn’t get them started on drugs and it’s not my place to get them off drugs. They can get help if they want, most don’t..

You need money to get help bro. No money, no insurance, no fricking help...
Believe me, I have spent 3 months trying to help a close friend and they are still on several waiting lists, and have been getting the run around from medicare the entire time.
That's the real problem, people like you have NO IDEA how fricked up our "rehab" system really is. This person wants help more than anything and can't get it...
So whats your solution...?
Oh and this is alcohol addiction, not hard drugs. Its pathetic.

1) You are asking her to do something other than virtue signal
2) If Liberals wanted to invest in helping :insertcauseofthedayhere: they would all donate until they couldn't give another dime. As a group they could solve most any problem if they really wanted to do so. However, instead of actually doing something, they cry for mommy government to take action for them.

Yep, there's housing availably locally for those that want to quit.
Some cities even have housing in which they can drink.
