The biggest frauds in Baton Rouge work in 501c3's that benefit the elderly, special needs, and underprivileged. They're all in on the game and the only ones that get caught are the ones that get ratted out.
Every 501c3 in this town that operates in that capacity needs to be audited.

The EBRCOA was audited, and found to be in violation of state law.
Nothing was done. They don't care.
