Whats the pros and cons of this excursion?

Pros are:
All you can drink sol, Dos Equis, frozen drink, mixed drinks, bottled water
The menu is decent, the guacamole is great, and all included
They have two pools, and beach front chairs
Cons:
If you don’t get there early you may not get a front row spot
I’ve been there twice and would definitely go back. The cab ride is only around 10-15 mins and only $17 each way. The service is great. The waiters and bartenders go out of their way to know your name and take care of you. Other than when you first walk in, there aren’t a bunch of vendors trying to sell you shite

pro's - it's pre-paid so no matter how much you eat or drink you know what it will cost
con's - clientele is usually below what can be found at other day resorts, specifically non all inclusives. also, it can get more crowded than other resort. if you're in a group some people may eat / drink their moneys worth and some people may not
an alternative i would suggest for an all inclusive is nachi cocom. they limit their guest total for the day so it is often much less corwded than mr sanchos

an alternative i would suggest that isnt an all inclusive would be paradise beach. because it's not an all inclusive it turns away alot of people, which is a good thing. usually not as crowded, better food, better service and you can pay for what you want. just want to sit by the pool, okay...no fee. want beach chairs, small fee. wants beach chairs and access to the "water park" a higher fee. it's only like $3 to enter so if you've got some in your group who may want to eat a bigger meal on the boat before getting off or stop somewhere else for lunch it makes things easier

if I had to rate them id put:
1 - Paradise Beach
2 - Nachi Cocom
3 - Mr. Sanchos

It is all about crowd level. Sanchos doesn't have a limit of how many people they take in. It is a lot more crowded and loud. However, it is more of a party atmosphere if you are looking for that. Nachi Cocom is limited to 100 people a day and very quiet/relaxed. I've done both and loved both. Nachi Cocom is nice when it is just the two of us, Mr. Sanchos is fun when we are there with friends and want to party.
