I agree with all your sentiments, except to say that, unlike Atlanta, Cubs fans have that fake yuppy culture thing that attracts mamy of them and fuels pretentiousness, a phenomenon Mike Leach captured so poignantly a couple years ago. So not as organic, for lack of a better word.
