I recall going to a playoff game in 04 that wasn’t a sellout. Washington had a few non sellouts a couple of years ago. It happens.
Happens in the NFL too. Rams game didn’t sell out against ATL.

Pacers are playing Lebron on Friday and there are a lot of tickets still available from the team right now, not resale. Same with the Spurs for tonight's game.
