LeBron hasn't filed suit against Alabama. He is not going to. Rest assured his lawyers in the last few weeks have very gently explained to him that he's a complete fricking moron talking out of his arse and he needs to just shut up and let it fade away.
Except now it's blown up in his face

Perhaps they (LBJ's peeps) anticipated this lawsuit because they really did just straight up steal an idea pitched to them without giving due credit and compensation, So LeBron got ahead of the ball and accused an un-involved third party Alabama of stealing to confuse the issue and pre-emptively generate the narratives in their favor. "this is a common idea" "everyone steals from everyone". Maybe Lebron and his LePosse are really geniuses
