When I put both codes in it only gave me 10%, deleted the 10% & it gave me the 20%
Not an hour after I placed my order I got a shipping confirmation for 4 of the 5 items

Still nothing on either my 28% or 20% order. I wonder if they are reviewing every order manually? If they are it could be awhile.
Still hopeful but looking bad. You would think they would send out a mass email if they were going to cancel.
