100% agree. Septoplasty for me. I still consider it the worst 4 weeks of my life. I popped my stitches 2 hours after surgery due to vomiting from anesthesia, so had to go back under again immediately. 2 weeks packed. 2 weeks splinted. So. Much. Gauze!
But I haven't had a sinus infection in a decade.
