What I had. My septum was so bad hardly anything could drain leading to so much pressure in my face which lead to pain constantly. Had it done and its so much better now.

100% agree. Septoplasty for me. I still consider it the worst 4 weeks of my life. I popped my stitches 2 hours after surgery due to vomiting from anesthesia, so had to go back under again immediately. 2 weeks packed. 2 weeks splinted. So. Much. Gauze!

But I haven't had a sinus infection in a decade.
