I’m on mobile but there’s sufficient video and pictures from the last 7 years to support the fact that the Assad regime drops chlorine canisters against their enemies.

They hit an empty airfield and some junk planes IIRC. Russia signed off on that meaningless strike and actually shot some Tomahawks down. The strikes this time were going after C&C, helicopters, depots, and possibly production facilities and they weren’t/aren’t going to have any of it.
