Fish around CCA 1 and 2 in the surf on the west end around cut. If you can find live shrimp sure. If not use mirrorlure 51-MR in Texas chicken pattern. Early in am and fish the tides.
On West end you already have good advice, but let me add this, the shoals or to your right on the big bridge that you go over to DI can be deadly this time of year, you can wade it but a lot easier with a kayak or something. Again first light, same bait but also the glass minnows and mirrordines. Plastics will always work too just find right color. Live shrimp if you can find.
The pier lights will be great as soon as it heats up but you will need a boat or kayak. Green lights are best
