It's not the FBI slow-walking, it's the DOJ.

Regardless, whether you say FBI or DOJ, Wray or Rosenstein, they're both Trump appointees.

Trump can and I am thinking WILL fire them both for this, it will give him cover to get rid of Rosenstain.

Yes they were.

My point was that the FBI should provide any information either of them ask for (Mueller or the House). And if someone broke the law they should suffer the consequences.

That goes for Trump, Flynn, or Sessions.
That also goes for Hillary, Lynch, or Holder.

These people were given positions of power and if they used that in a way that broke the law, I want the law broke off in their arse.

Harshly and with huge fines or jail times. That is the only way to make sure the next President, SOS, AG etc does not break the law. Currently nobody is held accountable for anything.

The FBI does not want to give him any intelligence because they know it will immediately give Trump, via Nunes, full access to a good bit of the SC's case.

Hey stupid, the law doesn't allow the FBI to EVER decide that they don't want to give information to the oversight committee. NOT EVER. They are violating the law, regardless of their reasoning.
