It is bull shite that mainieri only hires ex players for everything but pitching. It’s obvious he’s not getting the best. Get out there and hire some coaches with real experience that can recruit. I know last year we were in a jam but why didn’t we replace Cannizzaro this year with someone of equal quality?

Probably wants inexperienced coaches so they don't show him up kind of like Canny did
