Start by not watching fastballs that are hittable and not chasing breaking balls outside of the zone that are not.

Sooo you think Ochinlo is teaching them to do this?

I think the team should institute two new rules. The first rule should be not watching fastballs that are hittable and not chasing breaking balls outside of the zone that are not. The second rule should be to not hit outs. That should help.

I have to agree with you on this. There is absolutely nothing easier than knowing for sure that a fastball will be over the plate. I mean how hard can it be? When the pitcher releases you know in that very instant that it is a fastball. And you know exactly where it will wind up so you know way before it gets to the plate if it is hittable.
Pretty much the same with breaking balls. Here again how hard can it possibly be? You know it is a breaking ball, where, when and how much it will break from the instant it leaves the pitcher's hand. How stupid is it to swing at it when you know damn well it will be out of the zone.
Man what are you doing posting here? You need to take that knowledge to CPM and get rid of that dullard he is using as a hitting coach and install you instead. WTF are you waiting for. The team needs you.

Let’s be honest. That was Ochinko’s career.
