Well Al Capone went to prison for tax evasion not violating the Volstead Act. They don’t care what charge they get someone on but just getting them on something. Big reason we have more people incarcerated than any other country, we are simply over policed.

Apples to oranges, imo. After all, Al Capone was a well known, much feared, violent, murdering criminal. What did Trump do to warrant the "We HAVE to get him on something!!" shtick?
