quote:

"The deafening silence in the ACLU and civil libertarians about the intrusion into the lawyer-client confidentiality, is really appalling," Dershowitz said.

You'd think a lawyer like Dershowitz would have a clue about crime-fraud exception

I'll wait until I hear what evidence was used to leverage it.

Dershowitz is getting up there. Where he dies there won't be any principled liberals left or not too damn many of them.

So OJ’s lawyer, who defended him in court and television, against murder charges is the best Trump has on his side?

WGAF what this Fox schill has to say? All that matters is all the attorney’s that Trump has appointed has decided that somebody probably broke the law. I bet Trump has already been through 5 pairs of Depends this am.

He is a true legal scholar and a civil libertarian and he does not believe that politics should be a consideration in enforcing the law, either way.

Whoopee. Gowdy et al, "condemns" too...while Meuller kicks in doors and Obama "wiretaps" His Opposition using the FBI/DOJ. That is the essential difference between Progressives and Conservatives.

Like Sean Connery's Character in the "Untouchables" said to Ness re fighting Capone's thugs...."what are you willing to do"?

Time will tell. Sure won't be settled with talk. Too many chips on the table. Pedophilia. Treason. And Profiteering by our *esteemed* *public servants*. And that's just what we know about.
