You have no clue wtf you are talking about. Dallas is way ahead of its population in terms of infrastructure, and I lived in quite a few different states.
In fact, the one thing I've thought highly about Dallas was the fact they continually build out thier roads ahead of the population.

I just got back from Dallas and they have the best roads in the United States.
I wish my grandfather would have invested in concrete in D/FW 50 years ago.
