decion to take a stand

You keep trying to pin these emotional viewpoints on us.

We don’t have to be upset or trying to protest to simply grab the next beer on the shelf. It takes very little mental effort and absolutely no sacrifice for me to just pick up the next beer.

Just try to understand that there aren’t people as dedicated to this beer as you or others may be

And that’s fine. They definitely won’t lose all of their customers but they will likely lose some on the fringe.

I think it needs to be pointed out again for those that didn't read the whole thread, the only part of your money that would go to this cause is if you are at that specific fundraising event.

You are the one who came in here and said you were not going to drink their beers anymore. That’s not taking a stance, a position, a decision based on what Urban South did?

Not that there is anything wrong with that, more power to you.

I don’t think this is a big deal, of course my opinion. .

It’s not even that I’m loyal to US, I don’t even drink their beers all that frequently, I just find it odd to base a decision which beer I’m going to drink on anything other than the beer itself.

But, I’m also not an overly political person and can be friends with people who have opinions that oppose mine.

I think these companies will ultimately realize that taking positions like this are counter productive.

And I also think that this guy is being disingenuous by saying he wants to have a dialogue. A dialogue involves the other side. Where is the other side? Also, why does a dialogue involve giving money to one side?
