This is literally every McD's/CFA anywhere
Not “literally.”
Mostly true but I’ve been to some McDonalds that are excellent.
Problem is that McDonald’s cares less about the quality of their franchisees. A good franchisee makes for a good McDonalds.
CFA doesn’t have franchisees. They have owner operators. Much more corporate oversight. Until recently having more than one was forbidden.

Most McDonalds around the country are perfectly fine.
Down here in the South, especially Louisiana, it comes down to the quality of the management. This is mostly due to the labor pool available to them.
Also, CFA has a lot more employees on the clock. CFA can have a drive thru line out to the street and you are still done in 5-6 min max.
At the CFA in Kenna Brah yesterday for lunch, walk in, drive through line out to Vets, probably 10 people in line in the store ahead of us. 3 min to counter to order. Place order. Get my drinks and the little order holder thing from the counter. Go to side to get ketchup. Walk to find seat, sit down. Within 15 seconds food has been brought to me.
And before anyone starts in on any demographic stuff, I wold guess 75% of the employees at CFA yesterday were minorities.

SIAP
Being an owner-op at CFA you have to get vetted more extremely than opening a mcd.
Significantly better mgmt trickles down throughout the whole operation in almost any business.
