The product's website says it can be painted. Best if painted within 24hrs of it drying to the touch. And if after that, just make sure surface is clean.

Very clean and then wipe it down with MEK to open it up a bit. Use an adhesion promoter such as bulldog (follow directions on the can) then get to painting. Should get a good 5 years out of it.
