Rotate between apple cider vinegar and coconut oil.
At first tingle, apply ACV with a q-tip. Then a few hours later apply coconut oil. Rinse and repeat.
The ACV dries it out and kills it. The coconut oil moisturizes and kills it. Both are antiviral.
