The latter. I'm actually pretty skeptical about most of this stuff, but the curcumin research is pretty compelling. I got into it during chemo for stage IV Hodgkin's last year. Curcumin is so powerful that my Dr (and most oncologists) said not to take it with my chemo due to its antioxidant effect on the bleomycin. Crazy shite.

The cinnamon I don't know much about, but I love it and it can't hurt.

Also, I had a meniscus injury that was so bad I couldn't walk or sleep. PT and a natural anti-inflammatory regimen had me running marathon distances within a two weeks of finishing chemo and then skiing 23 days this season.

Who knows how it all worked together, but it did.

Added Curcumin to my regimen this week to help with some inflammation I’m feeling while my mileage increases. The research I’ve done seems kind of all over the place but it seemed like one of those can’t hurt to try things. My stack is now

Multivitamin
Probiotics
CLA
Fish Oil
Curcumin
