Piggy backing off this topic some, If I use plex pass with the Live DVR feature and an HDHomerun Quatro, can it save to a NAS or my laptop's HD? I guess it has to since the HDHomerun Quatro only has a power plug, ethernet input and a coax input.
Curious as to how it saves to a NAS? Is it in the settings?

Generally, setting up Plex involves pointing it at the locations where you store your media. These locations can be the server's own hard drive, a NAS, etc. For example, you might set your Plex 'TV Shows' library to point at a particular folder on your NAS.
When setting up Plex DVR, it should auto-detect your HDHomerun, and any recordings you set should just save to your 'TV Shows' library.
