I think it should go by income. Maybe everyone who makes over 30k a year get to vote and own guns .

Another way would be to have people take a test on the different policies when they go to vote . At the end of the test show which candidate they agree with and either they agree to vote for that person or don’t vote at all . This would make people actually vote for what they believe in rather then who they are told to vote for .
