I’m not going to get into specifics because it would take way too long, but much of the other stuff they do is bull shite. Like the CUTE (code up to excellence) thing that lady was promoting is outright fraud. And the whole opening scene of the pilot would NEVER happen like they portrayed it.

If you're a physician or work in the healthcare profession you're never going to enjoy most medical dramas unless you suspend your disbelief. My mother is a law professor and she has the same complaints about legal dramas.
