You know watching Lange pitch the last few years was great but you always had to wonder if he’d have control of his curve. If he controlled the curve, he’d be dominant. if he struggled to throw his curve for a strike, he’d be good but not great.
With Nola, I can’t remember a single game where he didn’t have it. He was the most consistent pitcher I have ever seen at LSU.

His last 2 years he was almost perfect. he lost 2 games, one against UCLA in 2013 in which he have up zero earned runs and one against Florida in 2014 in which he gave up 2 earned runs in 8.2 innings. Both games were 2-1 final scores
