I love this show, but the absence of TJ Miller is massive, especially from a comedic standpoint. In past he was good for multiple laugh aloud moments, and tonight there were none.

Jian Yang also suffers as a character because he is now being used too much and he has no one to play off of. I still enjoyed tonight's episode, but it's almost like losing Cosmo Kramer in Seinfeld, she show can go on, but it's just feels unwhole.

I'm growing tired of Richard's bumbling.

The writers are basically going to make Richard fail again, but they just tease you enough to stay tuned to see how he does it this time. So lame

TJ Miller was only funny because of the writing. I'm glad he thought the Emoji Movie was going to carry him because he's really not that funny at all. See any of his stand-ups as evidence

He made both Richard and Jian Yiang work. Richard is insecure, incompetent at running a company, and petty. That is not who your lead character should be unless you have a Bachman to play off him. Then he goes from annoying person to plot driver for Bachman's irrational confidence and scheming.

Jian Yiang was funny when he was lashing out at Bachman. Without that his funniest moment was saying something nonsensical, which is pretty low caliber humor.

They need to bring in a new person to fill the void or bring back Russ Hanneman but make him a little less one dimensional.
