If he actually goes forward with this and uses DOD funds to build the wall and circumvents the restrictions on using Omnibus funds on the wall...I will not question the man again.
I've been advocating this for months as a way to work around the obstructionism of Ryan and McConnell.
I didn't think he had it in him.

He got $1.6B in the omnibus which we all knew about. He gets to build 33 miles of wall, which we all knew about. This was well reported when the bill was signed.
