re: Some of yall asked me to post a review of the Boil Boss crawfish pot cooling accessory.

Everyone has slight variations in their own process and most will produce good crawfish. My process does not involve any cooling at all and I think mine are pretty damn good. I cook for myself and a couple other folks every year.

I have eaten them from guys who spray the pot and put ice in the water and all were good. If I used the cooling method this would prob be something I would pick up.
