I don't know what that is, but i have some ariats that are good to about 14000 volts that i had to have when i worked for entergy.

It's ASTM2413-11 SD (static dissipative) not EH (electrical hazard). EH boots reduce flow of electricity to ground whereas the SD boots dissipate static electricity buildup from the body. I have a feeling some EH boots would work just fine they just aren't advertised as such
