Owner gets up and wants everyone to introduce themselves and say something about themselves. No biggie. Well he gets to me and I introduce myself and for some reason I get emotional introducing myself(choking back tears and shite) but I make it through. There was nothing to get emotional about, it was the first time and the last time as an adult this has happened. I literally have no idea why that happened.

I had to come back to this thread tonight to report it almost got me injured earlier. I was at the gym on the bench press, and heard someone in a conversation nearby say the word embarrassed to his friend, which makes this thread and whit’s crying in front of co-workers post pop in my head. Mid set I start laughing and get that weak from laughter feeling and almost drop the bar on my chest.
