We’re living in peak society, baws. Post widening and before the Rouses shopping center and 60 more student housing complexes are built.

I drove through there for the first time in 10+ years the other day because someone on the food board made me want an AM Mart Cajun turkey poboy (it was as good as I remembered). I hardly recognized the area around Burbank and Ben Hur

And yet they’re still building. Some REIT is going to swoop in and buy all of these properties for pennies in a few years and make a killing on Section 8ers, sadly.

There should be designated areas for Section 8. Tigerland should be full of broke college students, not culcha and illegals

i would love to know the value of the pasture caddy corner to tigerland and the stretch on Burbank betweem Lee and the apartments going towards LSU.
