Yep, there is place called "Chinese Massage" on Hwy 21 between Madisonville and Covington. It was busted for this very thing about a year ago. As far as I know it never was shutdown because it is still there.

Some will shutdown but they move elsewhere
I guess prostitution is a better way of living in the states than in China
