If I was Cleveland I’d take Chubb with the 1st pack, take Tremaine Edmunds, Quenton Nelson or Minkah Fitzpatrick with the 4th pick and take Derrius Guice with thier 2nd round pick if they want a RB.
They need to make thier team talent overall better. A QB isn’t going to do that, and I don’t think there is that can miss QB this year.

And we've already seen that building a defense can lead a mediocre QB to success. I think they should trade back that 4th pick if they can get two more firsts to try to solidify the defense and offensive line
