There is a certain level of toughness and grittiness that is needed to come out every night and play Tenacious. Unfortunately a majority of the players on this team are holdovers from Jones era and have two things working against them. One being that they collectively don't have that mentality and Jones had instilled a laxidasical culture. You can see that Wade began to change that. But until he gets some of the type of players he wants it was inevitable. I think you'll see a different starting next season
