Bare minimum? Ha! If you cannot fully devote 12 hours a day to a newborn child/mother and eight hours a day to work you are being lazy.

You are literally what's wrong with society.

I get 2 weeks paternity and absolutely would have taken every extra day they would have given me.

It's a different world. Being on PTO doesn't mean you fall off the face of the Earth. We are always in contact. Most people who get these types of benefits are the ones who will only have 2-3 kids max. I'd be upset if one of my employees wanted to come back early from those 2 weeks.
