Benefits aren’t just meant to give you the bare minimum necessary to make it through life. They are part of my compensation and a benefit to myself and my family so that I can spend more than the bare minimum time at home.

Bare minimum? Ha! If you cannot fully devote 12 hours a day to a newborn child/mother and eight hours a day to work you are being lazy.
