don't get me wrong-no way I could do 8 weeks. I am the type to answer emails on vacation. I'm a bad example of this. But to act like taking the time afforded to you = worthless to your company is extremely dumb. Hell, the best employee benefit plans are afforded to senior leadership. Ya know, the important people.
