Have full size truck with ARE topper with Yakima slot receivers for rack system. Does anyone have a system that works for that height? Never realized just how high the kayaks would be and I'm mostly a one man show for loading. I have been loading into back of truck and it works fine but we have travel trailer and have been making a couple of trips a year and want to bring kayaks.

Looking at Hullavator great idea but it costs as much as kayaks...Thanks for any intelligent help.

What kind of kayak are you trying to load? I’ve got an ARE top on a lifted F250 and I built my own roof rack with Hully Rollers installed. I can get my Jackson Cuda and my Native Slayer 14.5 up there pretty easy. Positioning and technique seem to be key.

I’ve got the hullyrollers and I load a 14’ Jackson cuda on top of my lifted Jeep (5.5” lift on 40” tires) by myself with relative ease.
