He's supposed to guest play tomorrow in a tournament. Tape it up and send him out there...? It's his right foot. I imagine even if he can't lace it he can pass just fine. Can he move...that's the ?

Yeah take him. Toe problems can lead to major balance issues. That's super important when he finally develops fully.

You should get this ok’d with the doctor. But I would imagine they would say let the boy rest his foot.
