you emit CO2. Everything you eat, use, consume, medical care...creates MORE CO2.

regulating CO@ is regulation over all parts of life.

You want to have a child...that requires purchase of 20k CO2 credits for the cost of the birth and CO2 expenses to feed, cloth, and care for the child.

You want to train for athletics? that costs 5k CO2 credits for increased demand.

You want to live past 40? thats 1k CO2 credits per year.

You want anything...thats going to cost you.
