He followed McKnight to the point he missed the exit he was initially driving towards to go home, pulled up next to McKnight and rolled down his window to scream and flip him off while they were driving, had a ladder in the passenger seat which made it near impossible for McKnight to get at him, he had a gun ready and loaded either within reach or already in his hand, and you think it can't be argued that he wasn't scared?

He had it pulled and was flashing it through the chase. He was so scared though.

I wonder how well received Gasser will be by his prison mates, you know killing a former NFL player hometown NOLA area hero and all.
