My experience as a runner when I was high school says no. We had a great coach and youth on our side but of the 40 guys on the cross country team,only 7 could break 5 minutes. And we won our district 5A in Texas when that was the top district.

Calling bullshite on that. A program with 7 sub-5 milers won the toughest district in Texas?
