I for the life of me could not do thrusters. Heels coming so far off the ground as soon as I hip hinge.
Was able to do it a little better with the barbell as opposed to dumbbells.
Felt good to sweat a good bit.

Ankle mobility
Better shoes
More practice

You need better ankle and hip mobility.
The workout I had tonight I posted above, did 3 scaled rope climbs, essentially leaning out at an angle climbing down then back up and they smoked my biceps. Overall it was a great break from the hard cardio and great power/pump workout. Definitely more in the bodybuilding/strength realm than CrossFit.
