If you strapped the band up and did a jumping pull-up, is there some resistance there for you to do a negative? Hold your chin over bar & lower slowly

150 DUs
60 wall balls
30 CTB pull-ups
150 DUs

Workout today was Annie and I scaled the DUs due to a sore knee.

With a band probably so. With a supinated grip I can do some negatives with no band, too.
