Today

Workout of the Day

Skill: Rope Climb

Then

10 Rounds For Time:

5 strict press (115/75)

7 strict pull-ups


I was able to get onto the rope and swing around a bit.. too heavy/weak to move around on it.

Did 75lb strict press and scaled floor climbs for the two movements. I accidentally did one extra round.. 14:03

KB swing
DB squat
Incline sit up
Double unders
Row pulls
Hip extensions with 25lb plate
Tire flips
