Today was for time..
30 Alt Pistols
30 Dumbbell Burpee Box Overs (50/35)
60 Cal Air Bike

Was kind of brutal. You definitely control your own destiny on the bike. Most people used it as a long cool down. Others like to go to that dark place where you make weird faces.
